of times your friendswon't always have time for you to listento you they they're going through theirown problems and when you speak tosomeone that actually it really a alwaysgot to be your friends though yeah itcould be a girl you talk to or you knowyour girlfriend or I know I but when youtalk to aprofessional they've literally seenthese types of situations before andthey can help you navigate your feelingsyou see what I'm saying and you don'thave to worry about a therapist goingand tell telling someone because they'relegally required not to tell anybody yousee what I'm saying yeah but it's likeit's like this person don't even know meso it's likehow how much do you really care aboutwhat I'm tell I know like that's theirjob but you don't even know me from likemy first day meeting you I just can'tsit there and just explain a bunch ofstuff that I got deep down and justexpress it out it's not even going tocome out cuz I don't even know you soI'm not even comfortable with tellingyou all type of stuff no I got it butyou know over time you establish arelationship with the therapist in thebeginning you don't tell them everythingbut over the course of months or evenyears you slowly open up to them andthey slowly start to understand you butultimately man it's your choice I'm justletting you know it helped me and youknow you just may want to think about itin the back of yourhead okay
